We have a good stay except the hot water for showers they must install it. And give more thicker blankets

It’s in the heart of the city. They served breakfasts good and tasty.

I’m expecting hot water to shower and they don’t have but we need to bath and we ended sick.

It was great overall. The breakfast and coffee was also convenientl.

The location is really good. Accessible to all stores and port for tours.

Towels were prepared but not the toilet paper but it’s just a minor comment.

Wonderful

The place is in the middle of the hustle and bustle. A few minutes walk to get into the action. We even met one of the national basketball teams that was playing there at that time. The place is clean and the staff were very nice and accommodating.

Not too much in terms of facilities and there's a lot of stairs if you're staying on higher floors

It's more fun to stay at Faith Rica Pension...

The staff are very accomodating. The price is affordable, hotel is clean but need some maintenance like the door knob,the mirror and the toilet accesories. The breakfast is good but "bitin", need to add more. But in general i can give a rate of 8/10. I will again booked this pension if ever i come back in Puerto..Thank u Faith Rica Pension..we enjoy our stay in your place...

Affordable, cozy, clean, and friendly staff

The room was clean and spacious. They also have hot water. They have friendly staff, they helped us whenever we have questions and the property over all is budget friendly. We will definitely recommend Faith Rica to our friends.

Very Poor

Aside from being good in location, I don't find it desirable to go back to this place again.

Breakfast was very poor! Location was good though, close to the center, but the facilities is very poor in everything. It needs renovation or at the very list remodeling. A simple WiFi extender or router can be a plus, but apparently they have NON. :-)
